Gonzalo Olmos
A 25-year-old young man, managed to get a job as a real estate registrar in the city of Cangas de Onis (Asturias). He accomplished this feat in two and a half years, while the Council of Real Estate and Commercial Registrars of Spain estimates the necessary preparation time at five to ten years.
A child's dream
As a child, Gonzalo dreamed of becoming a doctor, but soon realized that his path lay in a different direction. When he was in law school at Deusto University, he fell in love with commercial law and decided to take the notary exams, but was unable to pass.
Psychological crisis
This failure led him into a psychological crisis, which he was able to overcome through his perseverance. He then decided to take the real estate registrar exams, in which 800 people participated.
Courage and Success
Gonzalo Olmos was one of 46 people who finally got a seat. This event turned him into a brave young man.
