Changes in real estate rental prices in Europe.

The rental real estate market in Europe continues to grow, but the rate of increase has slowed from previous months. Such data was provided by rental real estate platform Housing Anywhere International.

According to an analysis of more than 64,000 properties in 23 European cities, the second quarter of 2023 was the first quarter in the last five when annual rental growth in Europe fell below 10% to 9.6%. However, some cities are exceptions.

On the one hand, rental prices have fallen slightly in some European cities. For example, in Paris, the rental price of a furnished one-bedroom apartment fell by 5.6% in the second quarter of 2023 compared to the same period last year, with similar figures seen inRome (5.7%). In Brussels, prices also fell, although somewhat less significantly (2.6%).

On the other hand, some cities experienced more significant price increases.
