Serbs are most interested in Montenegro, Croatia, Turkey, Albania and Greece. The cooling of the market and the expected drop in prices this year will be in favor of our citizens. Here is how much money is now needed to buy the average real estate at sea.

Croatia and Montenegro dominate in terms of price

The real estate in these countries costs several hundred thousand euros, and sometimes more than a million, which is required to buy a good place. The study noted that many seaside locations often require less money than the same or similar properties in''Belgrade.

Montenegro

Last year, real estate prices in Montenegro were 40% higher compared to the previous year. Among the most popular, but also expensive places in this country are definitely Budva and Tivat. Prices for luxury apartments in Budva start from 100,000 euros and go up, depending on the size and location of the particular property. Some apartments even cost up to 500,000 euros. As for Kotor, a newly renovated apartment placed in the Old Town costs as much as''150,000 euros and the size of this apartment is 32 square meters. A studio apartment in Kotor with an area of 77 square meters is sold at a price of 577,000 euros. Herceg Novi has slightly lower real estate prices compared to the previous two cities. At the moment there is a weaker supply of small apartments, i.e. studio and one-bedroom apartments. Thus, the price of a one-bedroom apartment of 47 square meters is 171,000 euros. One-bedroom apartment in Bijeloja with an area of 42 square meters can be found for 98,000 euros.

Croatia

The Croatian coast has for many years been considered one of the most expensive when it comes to real estate. Some of the most popular and expensive places are of course Pula, Dubrovnik and Opatija. If you want''To buyreal estate in these places, you will have to allocate a considerable amount of money. As far as Pula is concerned, the minimum amount that you have to allocate for real estate in this place is between 100,000 and 150,000 euros. For example, a 43 square meter apartment in this city costs 150,000 euros. A slightly larger apartment in the same place, with an area of 59 square meters costs 220,000 euros. Villas cost from 625,000 euros and up. Dubrovnik is another popular seaside destination in Croatia. Prices in this city are much higher than in Pula.

An apartment in the same location with 52 square meters costs 80,000 euros. As for Athens, the situation is very similar. In the Greek capital, prices for apartments with an area of 50 square meters range from 70,000 to 90,000 euros. While more luxurious and slightly larger ones, around 70 square meters, can be found for 135,000 euros. Apartments in Thessaloniki are also not the most expensive. A 60 square meter apartment in this city can be found for 50,000 euros. Luxury houses, however, are expensive, so for them you will have to allocate more than 300,000 euros, with an area of about 285 square meters.

Turkey

Turkey is also on the list''places where prices are more affordable compared to our region. A one bedroom apartment with its own garden 250 meters from the beach in Alanya can be bought for 189,000 euros, according to one agency website. A one-bedroom furnished apartment in Bodrum with sea view as a characteristic indicated in the ad costs about 110,000 euros. In the same city, in the Gulluk neighborhood, an apartment on two levels is offered for 188,000 euros. Usually on sale are apartments, and for a spacious apartment on the outskirts of Antalya asking from 150 000 euros.
