Conference Patent application to move from lab to market in Ank
The Association of National Chemists and Chemical Engineers of Spain (ANQUE), together with its partner ABG Intellectual Property (ABG IP), will organize on November 16 the conference "Patenting as a step from the laboratory to the market", which aims to explore the concept of intellectual property and its protection. Special attention will be paid to patents as key tools for generating returns on R&D investments, creating jobs and industrial development, as well as using innovations in everyday life.
In this meeting, the first to be held jointly by ABG IP and ANQUE in an in-person format, we will cover what patents are, why they are needed and how to use them to obtain license contracts or to take legal action against''third parties. The event takes place just in time for the 20th anniversary of ABG IP, which specializes in the protection of inventions in the chemical industry.
