A municipal employee takes over a dacha and demands40,000 euros as a "ransom" for alleged property reforms.
The homeowner in Calpe (Alicante) cannot enter his house because a worker has taken over it.
A husband and wife bought a house, but the seller refused to hand it over: "Now I'm going to keep it for ten years."
After several years of living in Switzerland, Lang decided to return to his native Spain to enjoy a vacation with his mother at their villa in Calpe (Alicante).
Everything was planned for it to be the perfect summer... until he arrived at the house.
The thing is, Pedro, a local municipal worker, has been living in this house with his family without permission for a year and a half.
He not only moved in but also did renovations for which he is demanding 40,000 euros from the owner.
Pedro's family is not considered particularly socially vulnerable.
Actually, he has been working in the municipality for 30 years.
Despite this, he entered Lang's house, who was forced to hire a firm to evict the illegal occupants in an attempt to reclaim his home.
The employees of this company waited for several days at the door of the house to catch them off guard, but Lang and his mother moved to a hotel until the situation was resolved.
“I don’t know what else to do.”
In the statements made on Telecinco, Lang expresses his despair.
“I tried everything. I tried talking, I went to the civil guard, to the national police.
