A cabin in the woods of British Columbia, Canada - $4.5 million dollarsThis three-bedroom cedar shingle home sits on nearly six acres on the south shore of Quadra Island, located between Vancouver Island and the Pacific Coast of British Columbia in Canada. Completed in 2004, this home sits on the shore of a wooded lot, includes a three-bedroom guest house and a dock with a mooring pontoon large enough for a 45-foot yacht. Weatherproof steel in Nova Scotia, Canada - $2.9 million dollarsThis 2018 building sits on over two acres in the village of Whopper Kingsburg, on the South Shore of Nova Scotia, in eastern Canada. This two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom contemporary home spans 2,800 square feet and consists of three buildings - a day pavilion, a night pavilion, and a gatehouse. The site, which overlooks 233 feet of Atlantic coastline and salt pond, can be reached by walking past a herd of sheep, highland cattle, gardens and fenced pastures.

Tuscan-style villa in Boquete, Panama - $2.9 million dollarsThis six-bedroom Tuscan-style villa is nestled between two hills in the exclusive Valle Escondido neighborhood, a luxury community, resort and clubhouse near the center of Boquete, a mountain town nestled in the Chiriqui Mountains of western Panama. This 11,850 square foot home, built on 1.3 acres in 2011, has a clay tile roof. Near the pond and river are papaya, lemon, banana and avocado trees. "You're looking out over the valley," said Ryan Braasch, a sales support associate at Casa Solution. Secluded Andean retreat outside of Cuenca, Ecuador - $550,000 dollarsLocated on the eastern edge of El Cajas National Park, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, this modern home sits on four acres outside of Cuenca, Ecuador's third-largest city. With 110 square miles of parkland as a backdrop, the four-bedroom, three-bath home is "isolated and surrounded by nature," said Ashley Rogers, founder of Ecuador At Your Service.
