Appointment of the New RICS Regional Advisory Board in Italy: News from MonitorImmobiliare

In Italy, RICS has appointed a new regional advisory board, which is chaired by Massimiliano Pulice, a former RICS Italy president in his previous term and a member of the RICS European Regional Council.

The regional advisory board in Italy includes:

• Nicola Arcaini MRICS, Director of Credit Services, Abaco Team. Responsible member of the residential real estate board, which will focus on the residential sector;
• Giulia Comparini MRICS, partner of Cocuzza & Associati Studio Legale. A responsible member of the council for the future of the profession, Comparini will deal with issues related to the future of the profession, collaborating with the Matrics Italia group;
• Antonella Faggiani MRICS; managing partner of Smart Land Srl. A responsible member of the Board of Regions and Territory, Fajani will handle matters related to territorial and regional issues;
• Rafaella Peloso MRICS, Senior Director, Head of Hotel Valuation in Italy, CBRE. A responsible member of the appraisal board, Peloso will handle matters related to real estate appraisals;
• Marco Plazzotta FRICS, managing partner of FIDE AM.
