A shopper in 'A Place in the Sun' was struck by an unusual offer on tonight's show.

The couple were looking for a one bedroom apartment and had a maximum budget of £80,500.

Jasmine got off to a great start as buyers loved the first property, which was a one bedroom apartment in Peyia.

The search continued to go well as buyers were smitten with the third home. This one bedroom apartment was located not far''from the beach and had a panoramic view of the sea and mountains.

Chris held back tears as he stood on the balcony and enjoyed the view. He said: "I can't believe it. This is everything we want.

The last house in the search, however, got him thinking. It was a two-bedroom penthouse priced at £84,703. Chris was particularly surprised by the unexpected turn of events when he learned that the house came with a car.
