Fenergioglu, who is accelerating his projects in Cyprus, unveiled new projects at a luxury reception at the Merit Royal Diamond Hotel on December 11.

Fenergioglu's chairman, Aycan Fenergioglu, said that they plan to create a new residential zone at Gaziveren in January 2024, which will house 3,000 residences.

Fenergioglu, who continues his projects both domestically and internationally and started his 3,000 housing projects in Cyprus in the second half of August, continues to invest in the region.

Fenergioglu unveiled his new projects at a lavish reception held at the Merit Royal Diamond Hotel on December 11, where Simge Sahin was the speaker.

The event was attended by about two thousand people, including the Minister of Construction and Transportation of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Prof. D.r. Erhan Arykla, Bayram Tekce, Chairman of the Union of Real Estate Services Exporters (GIGDER) and representatives of real estate agencies and professionals.

Professor D.r. In his speech, Aycan Fenergioglu said that they made a presentation of lands and mixed properties in cooperation with Neo Portfoy in the first week of December and said that through the funds they have established, investments will not be lost due to inflation and the fund's targets are 500,000,000 Turkish Liras for each. He also announced an upcoming real estate listing in Luxembourg and gave information about an electronic online booking platform designed specifically for agents. He also gave information about Club Card program which will allow property buyers to enter the privileged world and said that they will provide benefits to their customers from famous brands.
