Chef Paco Roncero will open his new restaurant called Rhudo in Madrid on January 12. He chose the Spanish capital to develop his new business, similar to other rich people who see many opportunities here. Besides himself, the experienced chef will be assisted in this project by four other famous personalities: soccer players Antoine Griezmann and Marcos Llorente of Atletico Madrid and actors Miguel Angel Silvestre and Alex Gonzalez. The initiative aims to be a real revolution in the gastronomic world. The announcement of its opening states that the restaurant's menu combines Mediterranean and Latin American cuisine.

The restaurant is located on Calle Velasquez in Madrid. It has a capacity of 300 people and an area of 1,850 square meters.''s the first time Griezmann or Llorente has invested in gastronomy. The French forward already has experience in the restaurant business thanks to popular burger brand VICIO. Spanish midfielder Marcos Llorente has also invested twice in other projects such as Naked and Sated and Bombastic. However, this is the first time the two are teaming up on a single project in this area.

Paco Roncero will be the executive chef of this groundbreaking project.

His culinary style, characterized by the constant exploration of cutting-edge ideas and the use of the latest technologies, has been recognized by the most prestigious gastronomic rankings and academies around the world. Paco Roncero was born in Madrid in 1969.

The Rhudo website already allows you to make an online reservation. To do this, you need to select your desired day and time. However, there is already a waiting list, so if there are no seats available, the server will suggest an alternative date.
