ORA Developers enters the real estate market in the UAE.

ORA Developers, a company that owns a portfolio of luxury projects around the world, is preparing to make its mark in the UAE. The company's upcoming project, a mixed-use residential complex covering 20 million square meters in Ghantoot, will be the largest private sector construction project in the country. The project is being developed in partnership with the Abu Dhabi investment company Q Holding. The smart city will include residential buildings, hotel accommodations, commercial properties, as well as cultural, sports, and wellness facilities.

This project aligns with the vision of engineer Nagib Saviris.

Chairman and CEO of ORA Developers, about creating exquisite, exclusive, and innovative high-quality projects around the world. The five-part documentary showcases how Sawiris and the CEOs of ORA brought this ambitious vision to life and how they overcame challenges and obstacles. It is a story of global success.

Today, the business founded by engineer Nagib Sawiris has a sales value of over $12 billion in its diverse real estate portfolio, which includes projects in Egypt, Greece, Cyprus, Grenada in the Caribbean, and Pakistan. In just seven years, the company, which started with an investment of $16 million, now has managed assets worth $2.5 billion on its balance sheet. Thanks to the persistence and dedication of Sawiris and his team, ORA's projects successfully embody the company's vision. They are characterized by luxury and thoughtful design.

Saviiris always ensures that all projects are in harmony with the surrounding nature. He explains: "I always make sure that wherever we build, we interact with the environment. For example, at our hotel in Grenada, you can't see it if you're on a boat in the sea." In the Silversands project, located in Grenada, materials like wood were used to blend in with the trees, and green decks were designed to resemble foliage.

The concept of the project is about rethinking time, which led to the creation of a super-luxurious hotel in the Caribbean.

For each of its luxury projects, ORA develops a sustainable and harmonious solution. The company plans to deliver over 1,600 housing units this year. Out of 20,000 units, 350 have already been delivered, and a significant expansion is ahead. However, at each of his properties, Sawiris imparts a unique style. Sawiris personally oversees the luxury in every detail, from artworks to hygiene items. "I have traveled around the world because of my previous business, so I think I have good taste and a good eye," he explains.

The ORA company also contributes to the development of other countries. For example, ORA assisted in the development of Ayia Napa Marina in Cyprus, providing world-class docking services, luxury villas, apartments, and a commercial area with restaurants and bars. Neighboring projects in this area include the Yi hotel on the island of Mykonos, which opened this year, and the Eighteen project in Pakistan. Eighteen is a multimillion-dollar complex that includes luxury apartments, villas, and an 18-hole championship golf course.

ORA continues to search for new locations for its projects and is committed to realizing its long-term dream by quickly implementing its plans. The company believes that it should only offer high-quality products and dreams; otherwise, it's not worth pursuing at all.
