Gonzalo Olmos' position as the youngest property registrar in Spain

Gonzalo Olmos is the youngest real estate registrar in Spain, only 25 years old. He got the job in Cangas de Onis (Asturias) after two and a half years of training. While the College of Real Estate and Commercial Registrars of Spain states that the necessary training takes about five or ten years.
Gonzalo always dreamed of becoming a doctor, but realized that his path was going in the other direction when he studied at the Faculty of Law of the University of Deusto. He fell in love with commercial law and decided to take the notary exams, but failed.
After that, he decided to try his luck and take the exams to become a real estate registrar. There were 800 participants in the competition and Gonzalo was one of the 46 people who got a place. This achievement makes him a brave and courageous young man.
