The Hall of Fame baseball outfielder Mike Piazza is selling his waterfront estate in Miami Beach. The 9,647-square-foot Italian-style villa, located at 1401 W. 27th Street, is listed for $18.5 million. Piazza and his wife purchased it in 2008 for $10 million. The home was built by the first owner as an exact replica of a villa inTuscany, Italy.

The luxurious Sunset Islands villa offers eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms and a half.
