Roxana Dicker noted that a recent study by the British company Knight Frank shows that real estate has become the most profitable investment sector. When analyzing housing price growth rates, Anadolu highlights Turkey among leading cities, ranking it among the top compared to other countries.

Dicker added that the "New Home" program, initiated by the Ministry of Environment, Urban Development, and Climate Change in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance and Budget, is expected to serve as an additional stimulus for the market, reviving demand for apartments. She is confident that with the opportunities provided for those looking to purchase housing, real estate will continue to be a reliable and profitable investment in 2023.
