The study takes into account 35 cities across the country, selected on the basis of a variety of variables such as expected returns, population dynamics, demand activity in both the buy-to-let and rental markets, or employment levels. Taking these factors into account, the company identifies the most profitable cities to invest in housing depending on the buyer's budget, taking into account four alternatives: less than €80,000, between €80,000 and €120,000; between €120,000 and €200,000 and more than €200,000.
