Family of Titan submarine passenger vacates $1.7 million home and auctions off Oceangate artifacts before selling.

Eight months have passed since the Titan submarine tragedy in which renowned underwater ocean explorer and Titanic expert Paul-Henri Narjole died. His adult children gathered for the arduous task of evicting his belongings from his final home in Poling, NY. Many of his prized possessions, including merchandise from OceanGate, the company that operated the doomed submarine, were put up for sale.
The home at 1018 Route 292 is currently listed for sale for $1.7 million. In an exclusive interview for Realtor.com®, the navigator's youngest daughter Sidonie Narjole, 39, said that when "PH" (as everyone called him) purchased the 2.74-acre lot in January 2022, he was thrilled to own 515 feet of waterfront private Lake Whaley in Holmes Township. Since Sidonie Narjole and her brother and sister live out of state, they decided to sell the property and most of their father's belongings.
