Real estate in these countries costs several hundred thousand euros, sometimes even more than a million, if you want to buy property in a good location."

Montenegro

Last year, real estate prices in Montenegro increased by40 percent compared to the previous year. The most popular, but also the most expensive places in this country are, of course, Budva and Tivat. Specifically about Budva: a hotel room can be found for50,000 euros, the price of a one-bedroom apartment is up to64,000 euros, and the price of a more spacious two-bedroom apartment is around90,000 euros. As for luxury apartments in this city, the offer is very extensive, and the prices are serious. A68 square meter apartment in the center of Budva costs a whopping240,000 euros. A23 square meter hotel room can be found for56,000 euros. And when it comes to larger and more luxurious apartments, their prices can even reach300,000 euros. More luxurious and slightly larger apartments, around 70 square meters, can be found for 135,000 euros. In the village of Polygyros, which belongs to Halkidiki, a 60 square meter apartment can be found for 35,000 euros. Additionally, nearby, larger apartments of 70 square meters are available for 70,000 euros, which is very affordable compared to prices in our region.
