Sun, sea and home sales: UK agents lure expats with luxury properties
"Sun, Sea and Selling Houses" returns with a new season of incredible properties.
This week two couples are looking for their Spanish dream.
The episode follows spouses and real estate agents Kerry and Stephen Mellor.
They decided to move to Spain after traveling there five or six times a year for vacations.
Steven told Channel 4: "I think customers trust us because we are simple and open people.
Kerry added: "The only downside, as I would say, is that you walk through the most stately homes and you know you're never going to live there. "
This week, the couple were given the difficult task of helping wealthy spouses Michael and Patricia find their dream home on''Costa del Sol for upcoming retirement.
With a budget of two million euros (£1.6m), the couple had a long list of requirements.
One of their top wishes was a large house with a large garden, swimming pool and incredible views.
Patricia also wanted a walk-in closet with plenty of clothes and shoes.
The first property Kerry and Stephen offered was a €1.3 million (£1.08 million) country estate with five en-suite bedrooms and two kitchens.
Despite the incredible views of the property, the couple were not impressed with the house.
The second property offered was much more encouraging - a €2.5m (£2m) villa with a private pool and dressing room for''Patricia.
She said: "Finally we're talking substance!

Although the couple didn't make an offer, they really liked the property and decided to explore the necessary logistics.
In Almeria, British couple Sharon and Steve also faced their own difficulties finding a property.
They were trying to help Brits Mark and Mandy find their dream home that would suit them and their unusual guests.
The couple will bring Mandy's mom and seven rescued owls.
With a budget of €300,000 (£251,000), they wanted a separate cottage for Mandy's mom and had one unusual requirement.
Mandy said: "The owls are squawking, so we would like''to have a piece of land so you don't disturb yourself or anyone else'.
After a disappointing first viewing, they were impressed with the second property offered by Sharon and Steve.
The stunning five-bedroom home, priced at €295,000 (£247,000), met many of the couple's requirements.
At the end of the show, the happy Brits had their offer of €285,000 (£238,000), making their Spanish dream a reality.
