In Mallorca, Spain, a modern Mediterranean-style mansion overlooking the Balearic Sea has come on the market. It is valued at 24.5 million euros ($25.92 million).

Situated on nearly 25 acres above the prestigious port of Andratx, this "magnificent mansion is one of the last of its kind on the island," says Alby Ijusden of The Agency Mallorca, who is placing the ad along with Trevor Panton, also of The Agency.

"This large piece of land is in the middle of a mostly residential area, which is almost unheard of on the island," Mr. Ijusden said in an email. "The property also has a 25-meter swimming pool, which is extremely rare for any property on the island, and virtually impossible on a property like this.

T Indeed, due to current building regulations, this mansion could never be replicated, the agent added. The project was completed in about 10 years with two architects.

The house is about 14,000 square feet and offers beautiful views of the port, the sea and the mountains, according to the ad. It is also equipped with underfloor heating and a combined heating and air conditioning system.

Unfortunately, it has not been possible to establish how much the property last sold for or when it did so. The sellers were not available for comment.
