TAP Air Portugal: the connection between Naples and Lisbon will resume in the summer.

TAP Air Portugal is increasing its presence in Italy. With the summer season of 2023, the Portuguese airline has decided to resume flights from Naples to Lisbon and increase capacity by 20% compared to last summer, thanks to a larger Airbus aircraft.

Starting March 26, there will be eight flights per week offered from Naples airport. Other operations from Italy remain unchanged, including direct flights to Lisbon fromMilan Malpensa, Rome Fiumicino, Venice, Florence, and Bologna.

With the arrival of summer 2023, the number of intercontinental flights is increasing. During the peak summer season, the airline will introduce 10 additional weekly flights from Lisbon to five cities in North America: Boston, Miami, Washington, Chicago, and San Francisco.

TAP is also strengthening its flights to Brazil, increasing the frequency of flights to São Paulo to 20 per week, to Belo Horizonte to seven, to Brasília and Salvador to six, and to Belém to four.

The increase in the number of flights to the Americas corresponds to the growing demand and complements the connections with the two most important tourist markets for the airline: the United States and Brazil.

The flight schedule has also been changed to provide faster and more convenient connections for customers. Finally, Venezuela will receive one additional weekly flight to Caracas, bringing the total to three flights per week. Additionally, besides the resumption of other seasonal routes, such as Tangier in Morocco, Faro will have one more flight per day (increasing from three to four), and Porto Santo in Madeira will once again have daily frequency.
