Rescon Expo-2 opened in Izmir under the auspices of Izmit Municipality, in cooperation with IZFASH and Nobel Expo Fuarcılık. The exhibition on real estate, construction and urban renovation is held at the Fuarİzmir Exhibition Complex. The opening of Rescon Expo-2, which brought together representatives of the construction and real estate industries, as well as representatives of political parties, bureaucrats and guests, was attended by representatives of the Izmit Room, the sector, authorities and invited guests.

This year's exhibition increased by 20% compared to last year, attracting visitors from 37 countries, including the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Montenegro and Belgium. Rescon Expo showcases companies involved in the construction of homes, villas, residences and apartment complexes, real estate marketing agencies and land offices, cooperatives and shared ownership companies, manufacturers and importers of wood and steel prefabricated houses, companies providing services for residential complexes and urban renovation, architectural firms, engineering companies, construction quality control companies, government organizations, universities and municipalities. Thousands of people are expected to attend the forum during the three days of the show.
