Lamborghini is expanding into branded residences no longer in the UAE, but in Europe. The Italian automaker recently announced a new partnership with luxury real estate company Dar Global to launch the Tierra Viva project on the Costa del Sol in Spain. The exclusive complex in Benahavis will consist of 53 individual villas located at different altitudes in a mountainous area with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

"This is a strategic collaboration based on shared values of excellence, quality and innovation," says Lamborghini Chairman and CEO Stephan Winkelmann in a press release. "Dar Global's expertise in luxury real estate development combined with Lamborghini's design philosophy has led to this stunning achievement. "

Lamborghini is developing its first branded residential development in Europe called Tierra Viva.

The brand will be led by designs inspired by iconic sports cars. Imagine lots of glossy marble floors, exquisite leather finishes and lots of glass everywhere. Three categories of villas will be offered in this luxury complex. The smallest is the four-bedroom Villa Esmeralda.

Then there is the five-bedroom Villa Zafiro and the six-bedroom Villa Diamanta. Regardless of your choice of luxury home, each will feature a glistening swimming pool, multiple terraces and lush gardens. There is currently no exact information on the project's completion date.

"Our partnership with Lamborghini is based on a shared vision of high quality projects, attention to detail," adds Dar Global CEO Ziad El Shaar. "Together we have created spaces that epitomize a sophisticated and rich living experience. "

Lamborghini is entering new territory with its first European project, but the company has already had great success with its Dubai residences. The 40-unit complex at Emaar Dubai Hills was snapped up immediately after its introduction in 2021. The gated community will also offer detached villas with multiple levels and is scheduled for completion in 2026.
