The apartment is fully equipped with appropriate appliances and furniture. The apartment has been renovated for living, so every detail is calculated qualitatively. The apartment has not been rented out before, everything is serviceable and new. It has a balcony, air conditioning, stove and all amenities. It is bright and economical, modern heating system. Near the apartment there is a store, vegetable stalls, pharmacy, Aversi clinic, bus stop and everything in walking distance. Rent for at least 12 months. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Real price of this apartment: $550, but I'm in a hurry and am renting it at the lowest price! Price: $490
