We offer you a vacation complex in the western part of Sunny Beach. It is located 500 meters from the beach. It consists of 82 apartments with an area from 37 to 123 sq.m. The lower floor of the complex is occupied by commercial areas: a restaurant for 100 visitors, a bar, a store, a reception and offices.

The complex has a 10x15 meter outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, a separate children's playground in the inner part of the courtyard, parking and 24-hour security.

The apartments are offered fully completed, with equipped bathrooms and installed air conditioners in each room. Furnishing is included in the price!

The complex offers many additional services:

1.Reporting of electricity and water in the complex is carried out by an automated network system. Apartment owners have access to the system of payment of bills via the Internet by bank transfer or Rau Pall.

2. Cable TV, telephone and internet - paid by pre-paid cards.

3. airport transfer - with prior request and payment via internet.

4. Special package of services - include transportation, pre-cleaning of the apartment, purchase of food products.

5. Car rentals, bicycle rentals, fishing and boat trips, jetskiing, excursions - by prior request.
