On the first floor there is a 115 m2 two bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and a terrace of 30 m2. On the terrace there is a brick barbecue.

On the second floor there is one two bedroom apartment of 45 m2 and one studio apartment of 38 m2. Each has a terrace of 15 m2 overlooking the Adriatic Sea and the Biokovo mountain.

The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and other modern devices necessary for tourist rentals.

The whole property is air-conditioned. Behind the house (overlooking the mountain Biokovo) is an agricultural garden of about 40 m2.
