This beautiful villa of 300 m2 is located on a land plot with a total area of 1600 m2.
The villa offers two levels.
The villa consists of three bedroom apartments, one bedroom apartments, two studio apartments and a double bed room, which provides an additional level of privacy for large groups.
On the ground floor you will find a two-bedroom apartment with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a beautiful living room with satellite TV, a bathroom with shower and a balcony.
On the 1st floor there are two studio apartments (or two guest apartments). The studio apartments are equipped with a double bed, air conditioning system, TV and kitchenette for the maximum convenience of our guests. On the same floor, guests will find a room with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, as well as one-bedroom apartments and a terrace with magnificent sea views. Just four different apartments. However, if necessary, the villa can be turned into a family villa. In the yard of the villa there is also a garden kitchen, barbecue and garden furniture. There is parking for 10 parking spaces. The villa also has a laundry room with washing and drying machines. The first beach is just a few minutes walk from the villa. Bibinje is a picturesque coastal city on the coast of Dalmatia, which fascinates with beautiful beaches and untouched nature.
