Villa in Tivat. Town - Krasichi

The villa is located on the 1st line in Krasichi, it is a cozy and quiet village on the Lustica Peninsula, the community of Tivat, the Bay of Kotor. The clearest sea, opposite Porto Montenegro. The design of the exterior walls is monolithic reinforced waterproof concrete MV 250 (wall thickness 250 mm) with a device: additional waterproofing with penetrate for 2 times through concrete, thermal insulation from styrodur t.50mm, protective membrane t.0.5mm and pouring sinuses with rubble for collecting and draining ground and rainwater through a perforated drainage pipe with a diameter of 150mm.

• Interior interior partitions monolithic-brick with filling with ceramic large-format sound insulation blocks t.19cm.

• Inter-storey ceilings with a thickness of 180 mm are made of space-reinforced concrete M250 on a grid of 150 * 150 mm and ribbed reinforcement with a diameter of 16 mm with a sound insulation substrate with a thickness of 30 mm.
• Filling of external openings is made of FEAL aluminum profile with sound and thermal insulation barrier and galvanized and painted according to the standard of use on the 1st line of the sea.
Single-chamber windows Stopsol Brown, 4mm. The seal is made of EPPDM material, which guarantees a long service life.
• Roofing plate is flat with a thickness of 200 mm, made of monolithic reinforced concrete with effective insulation with a thickness of 150 mm. in combination: polystyrene foam (100 mm), styrodur (50 mm).
Waterproofing on concrete is liquid rubber.
Finish waterproofing is made on a concrete screed 80 mm thick, lying on thermal insulation from a waterproofing membrane 1.5 mm thick (manufactured by MAPEI Italy).
