Villa in Istria. City - Oprtalj

Two stone houses with a pool and a view of Motovun in Oprtalj!
Oprtalj is an Istrian town located on a hill, accessible via a narrow plateau from the south side near Motovun.
Several hundred years ago, Oprtalj was a fortress surrounded by walls, on which houses were built, among which the former city gates rise. In front of the door is a large Venetian loggia with a lapidarium, and next to it, on a high rampart of the plateau, the view extends all the way to the sea.
This region is extremely famous for its truffles, as well as for good olive oil and wines. Livade, a place in the municipality of Oprtalj, is also called the world center of truffles, as both white and black truffles grow here, especially along the Mirna River and in the Motovun Forest, and at the source of the healing water of St. Stephen, at the foot of an 85-meter cliff, where the nearby Istria resort was built.

These two traditional stone houses are for sale near Livade.
One is in ruins, while the other is a beautiful stone gem that has had a well-established tourist rental business for many years.
The house is designed as a two-story building, with a large room, kitchen, dining area, and living room on the first floor. There is also a large covered terrace, perfect for spending time with family and friends. An internal staircase leads to the second floor, where there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Behind the house, in complete silence, surrounded by nature and forest, there is a 24 sq.m. pool. A large garden of 2200 m2 ensures peace and privacy.
A property worthy of your attention!
