50 sq. m. in Halkidiki for 38 000 euros! An apartment in Belgrade and 2 beach houses for the price of one: in Sicily - apartments for 28 000 euros and other offers

The prices of square meters in Serbia have been on an upward trajectory for the last three years, making the average property increasingly expensive. Although this trend has not bypassed other countries, the fact is that today for one apartment in the capital you can buy two houses by the sea, near the beach.

On the island of Halkidiki in Greece, a house of 50 square meters is offered for 38,000 euros, and apartments in Sicily, 30 minutes from the beach, sold for 28,000 euros.

Greece

Data from travel agencies show that Greece is the most popular destination for our tourists year after year. The nearby resort of Halkidiki is in particular demand as it is the easiest to get to. According to current listings, you can now buy a 50 square meter property in this popular resort for 38,000 euros. The building offered at this price is 300 meters from the beach, and this price includes a parking space.

An even more expensive but larger and newer apartment can be found in the same location. According to one ad on a real estate website, a 70 square meter apartment sold for 70,000 euros. The complex is located in the famous resort of Kasandra. It consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is parking, a fireplace, tile and aluminum framing, and as stated in the ad, the house is being sold furnished.

Italy

The fact is that Italy, because of its beaches and culture and cuisine, is a very interesting tourist destination for our tourists. However, in the aftermath of the coronavirus, it is impossible not to notice that rentals in this country, especially at tourist spots, have gone up significantly. So it is very surprising that apartments can be bought much cheaper than in Serbia. An apartment in Sicily, 30 minutes from the beach, with one bedroom and bathroom, for sale for 28,000 euros.

In addition to being in a good location, close to the beach, and something that can also be very attractive, whether for your own residence or for rent, is that it is 10 minutes from the airport.

Croatia

Since Croatia is a member of the European Union, it is not surprising that real estate prices here are "European". However, among the many listings with very high prices, it is possible to find more affordable for our budget. According to one ad, an apartment in Zadar is for sale for 50,000 euros. As stated in the description of the ad, the studio is located in the first row by the sea and has an area of 17 square meters. The property has a kitchen, dining room and bathroom.

Because of proximity, lack of any conditions, culture and language, as well as prices of accommodation, some reasons why a Serbian citizen decides to spend the summer among neighbors. Although price rises and real estate have accompanied this market as well, data shows that properties near the beach can still be found for a decent sum.

A house in Bar, 500 meters from the sea, is for sale for 40,000 euros. As stated in the ad, the property is under construction, under tile, and the total area of the structure is 120 square meters. The plot on which the house is located has an area of 220 square meters and, as indicated by the owner, both the house and the plot are registered and there is the possibility of building.
