Potential Republican Senator: Alcohol should only be legal when self-distilled.
Judge Juan Merchan on Friday granted a 30-day postponement of the Manhattan preliminary hearing to give Trump enough time to review more than 100,000 documents that the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York (SDNY) has released. That set of documents includes phone data, emails, and bank records of former Trump attorney and "stacked" Michael Cohen, for which the Trump team waited until January to formally request.
