Turkey's most expensive vacation neighborhoods
Turkish resorts continue to attract foreign tourists and investors. According to Makbule Yonel Maya, General Director of Real Estate Valuation at TSKB, housing prices in Alanya, Kemer, Foça and Bodrum continue to rise to the highest levels. It also noted that monthly rents in some areas are approaching the cost of hotel stays.
Alanya remains the most popular area for foreignreal estate buyers. With the arrival of the summer months, cottage and hotel rentals have become an important topic for everyone. Among the most sought-after areas on the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts are Çeşmu, Karaburun, Urlu, Foçu, Bodrum, Fethiye, Datçu, Marmaris, Didim, Kusadasi and Alanya. In these neighborhoods, 15-day, month-to-month and 3-month rentals are preferred.
The most expensive summer spots that caught the eye in the report:
- Datcha - renting a detached house 2+1 per month: 30k. Turkish Liras - boutique hotel/aparthotel average price per night: 2,500 Turkish Liras.
- Fethiye - rent of a detached house 2+1 per month: 30 thousand Turkish Liras. Turkish Liras - boutique hotel/aparthotel average price per night: 3,500 Turkish Liras.
- Karaburun - rent of a detached house 2+1 per month: 30 thousand Turkish Liras. Turkish Liras - boutique hotel/aparthotel average price per night: 1,500 Turkish Liras.
- Focha - rent of a detached house 2+1 per month: 35 thousand. Turkish Liras - boutique hotel/aparthotel average price per night: 2,250 Turkish Liras.
- Marmaris - rent of a detached house 2+1 per month: 40 thousand.
