The main entrance is located on the north-west side of the first floor, access is through a covered entrance.

The first floor layout includes:

The roof has thermal insulation, PVC film and an inclined screed.
The facade is finished with 12 cm of thermal insulation and an acrylic layer, partially decorated with 8 cm of natural stone.
The terraces are decorated with ceramic tiles, hydro and thermal insulation.

PVC windows with roller shutters and reinforced swivel shutters.

Utility connections include water, sewerage, electricity and telecommunications.
Rainwater and pool drainage go into absorbing wells.
Heating and cooling are provided by a heat pump, fan coils and electric underfloor heating in bathrooms.

The chimney is a three-layer system with technical ceramics, insulation and a lightweight concrete case 7 meters high, with a condensate collector, Inspection openings, T-connection, end plate with cone, and anti-drip cap.
