Rent property in Zagreb

The price range in Zagreb depends on property type (apartment/villa) and season. The catalogue cards show the minimum rate and range for the region; peak seasons (summer, winter holidays) push short-term rates up by 1.5–2×.

Choice depends on goals: work and business — cities with international companies and airports; holidays and sea — coastal cities; quiet life — small towns with good infrastructure. The catalogue shows the distribution of listings by city.

An apartment is cheaper, closer to infrastructure and fits 1–2 people. A villa offers privacy, pool and space for family/groups, but comes with higher rent and utilities. For short-term group trips, villas are often better value.
