According to information published in ECO, Estamo-sold properties are getting a new life, although some remain unchanged or vacant.

• The Cabeço da Bola neighborhood in Lisbon, taken over by Fundiestamo, will be transformed into a residential development;
• The former Miguel Bombarda Hospital in Lisbon will be used for affordable rental programs;
• The former Desterro Hospital in Lisbon has been sold for 10.5 million euros to the tenants themselves, Mainside Investments, who planned to create a hotel complex and restaurant area;
• The property on Lisbon's Casa Carlos de Mascarenhas street, which is now the Zurin Charm hotel;
• The property on Restoration Street in Porto is now known as Torel Avantgarde;
• The property on Bramcamp Street in Lisbon has been sold'. 'of KSHG - Real Estate Investments and is now the address of Pestana Lisboa Vintage;
• The former mansion on Benfica Street in Lisbon has been sold to Splendimension along with an office building for 22.6 million euros. Luxury homes will be built here.
