Novak Djokovic has purchased a villa with a private beach in Montenegro for his stay in Ljuta
People who have extra money often invest in real estate, and tennis star Novak Djokovic is no exception.
The media wrote a lot about how a few years ago the Serbian sports star bought a luxurious house in Spanish Marbella, for which he allegedly paid ten million dollars.
It has now been revealed that he has bought a new home, a magnificent building on the Adriatic coast with an estate and private beach in Montenegro.
He paid 1.3 million euros for this stone building, according to Blic, and his friend Jugoslav Karic, a Serbian entrepreneur and millionaire who has owned a similar villa nearby for many years, helped him choose it.
The private beach in Ljutoj, as the place is called, is no exception, as this luxurious settlement in the Bay of Kotor has become a favorite destination for rich people, and the Djokovics wanted to visit.
The two houses mentioned are only part of the real estate owned by the tennis player.
As Telegraf reported last year, Djokovic owns several apartments on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean.
The list includes two apartments in Manhattan, New York, which together cost about five million euros, as well as an apartment in Miami, Florida, worth about six million euros.
