Rent property in Abruzzo

The price range in Abruzzo depends on property type (apartment/villa) and season. The catalogue cards show the minimum rate and range for the region; peak seasons (summer, winter holidays) push short-term rates up by 1.5–2×.

In most countries a rental contract alone does not grant residence, but it is a mandatory attachment when applying for work, study, investment or D-visa based residence. A notarised 6–12 month contract is typically required.
