Two kilometres from Città della Pieve is the Podere Cimbolello property. There are exactly 900 metres of paved road and 1.3 kilometres of gravel road. Along the road we find the olive grove that is part of the property on the left, and shortly after the entrance. From the entrance to the private road, it is a little less than 100 metres to reach the two buildings that make up the property, positioned right in the middle of the land.
The road ends, the property is free of easements and the buildings are therefore in complete privacy. The main building consists of a flat on the first floor consisting of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious eat-in kitchen with fireplace and a living room for a total of approx. 130 square metres that needs to be renovated; cellar and storeroom on the ground floor for approx. 120 square metres.
